What do I need on my side?

A Claude plan that supports custom connectors, and an API key for your app. We tell you exactly which permissions the key needs and ask for as little access as possible.

How do I know my app can be connected?

If your app has an API (most business software does), we can usually connect it. We check before you pay. If it turns out it can’t be done after payment, you get a full refund.

Can Claude change or delete my data?

Only if you ask for it. Connectors are read-only by default. Actions that create or update records are added only on request, and we don’t build delete actions unless you specifically want them.

Where does it run, and who sees my data?

On Cloudflare. Either on Flowthera’s account with your API key stored as an encrypted secret, or on your own Cloudflare account so the key never leaves your hands. The connector passes data between your app and Claude; it doesn’t store it.

Do I have to pay monthly?

No. The build is a one-time price and you own the code. Hosting & care is optional, for when you want us to keep it running and updated.

What counts as an “action”?

One thing Claude can do in your app, such as “find a customer” or “list unpaid invoices”. Each build includes up to 8. Need more, or a second app? We quote it before starting.

Does it work with ChatGPT or other AI apps?

Connectors use MCP, an open standard that other AI apps also support. We build and test for Claude.

Is Flowthera part of Anthropic?

No. Flowthera Infotech is an independent software company. Claude is a product of Anthropic.
